"At Fitness On the Go, our classes are designed to give you RESULTS! Exercise options and modifications are given in EVERY class so members feel comfortable working at their fitness level! Get fit – have fun – and boost your energy level with our professional classes!"  Beginner - intermediate or advanced participants - ALL ARE WELCOME AT FITNESS ON THE GO!!!!

Fitness On The Go is open:

Mon - Fri.:   6:30am - 9:00pm
Saturday:  9:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday:    11:00pm - 4:00pm

Personal Training

Work one on one with a personal trainer or join with a friend and save! Reach your fitness and weight loss goals then set new ones with your healthier body! Our professional Personal Trainers will keep you challenged with a workout to suit your needs and any physical limitations!

10 – 1 Hour Sessions - $400
10 – Buddy Training Sessions - $250 each (based on 2 people training)

1-Time sessions $60

SPINNING SESSIONS

Our popular spinning classes are led by certified Maddog Spinning Instructors – the original creators of SPINNING! Our workouts are safe and effective and designed to improve your fitness level in a progressive manner while you BURN up to 1000 calories in one hour! Great music – fun, supportive environment where ALL PARTICIPANTS work at their own pace! Modifications are offered for all fitness levels! You will leave sweating with energy to burn after this class.

EARLY BIRD BOOTCAMP

Boot-FOTG

These high energy classes will start your day off on the right foot! We offer these classes in 8 week sessions! They run 2 – 3 days a week from 6 – 7 am.

No fancy footwork before your first cup of coffee – athletic workouts designed to give you results!

PLEASE SEE OUR 'CLASS' PAGE FOR A LIST OF OUR REGULAR SCHEDULED FITNESS CLASSES.

All Classes are cancelled on stat holidays.
A minimum of 4 participants are required for a class to run.

12:10 Classes are 40 minutes.
All other Classes are 60 minutes.
